Accreditation Process
What employers should expect and their responsibilities throughout the accreditation process.
Step 1: DOCUMENT PREPARATION
Romar Overseas will send the DMW-approved templates for Employer's review and completion.
Step 2: POLO VERIFICATION
Submit notarized/apostilled documents to Migrant Workers Office (MWO) or, in the absence of, Philippine Consulate present in the country of jobsite for evaluation on the correctness. If there are compliances, documents will be returned to Employer.
If everything is in order, MWO will verify and issue Endorsement and return the verified documents to Employer
Step 3: VERIFIED DOCUMENTS
Once the Employer receives the verified documents from MWO, all the original documents will be sent to Romar Overseas for submission to DMW.
Step 4: DMW ACCREDITATIONS
Romar Overseas will submit the verified documents received from Employer.
If there are compliances, DMW will issue notice of deficiencies that need to be complied by the Employer and Romar Overseas.
Step 5: COMMENCE RECRUITMENT
Once DMW have encoded the job order, the registration was already deemed approved and completed.
The Employer may now schedule a face-to-face interview with the candidates.
Romar Overseas may also start processing required documents for the deployment of Filipino workers at the DMW.
