ACCREDITATION

ROMAR assists you in preparing the required legal documents for verification at the Migrant Workers Office/ Philippine Embassy in your country as a mandatory requirement for proper registration and accreditation of your COMPANY in the Department of Migrant Workers.

SOURCING & SHORTLISTING

ROMAR takes charge of creating recruitment strategy and its promotional activities that suit your manpower requirements. ROMAR recruitment team will be the first one to screen and pre-qualify the applicants based on your given qualifications.

CANDIDATES INTERVIEW & ASSESSMENT

ROMAR provides qualified candidates for your screening and selection, which includes setting up the final interview.

EMPLOYER’S INTERVIEW

ROMAR facilitates final interviews with Employer, whether conducted virtually or face-to-face. For face-to-face interviews, our recruitment team ensures the preparation of all necessary documents and approvals required to carry out the Employer’s Final Interview. Additionally, we assist in organizing and scheduling applicants to ensure a smooth and efficient interview process.

VISA PROCESSING

ROMAR assists the selected candidates and the employer in preparing and applying for the proper working visa. If necessary, our dedicated personnel will accompany the selected candidates for their Visa Application Schedule at the Consulate / Embassy / VFS.

PRE-DEPARTURE ORIENTATION SEMINAR

ROMAR prepares the selected candidates for contract signing, work briefing, and endorsement to Pre-departure Orientation Seminar (PDOS), which is a requirement under Philippine law.

TICKETING & DEPLOYMENT ASSISTANCE

ROMAR helps you secure the flight ticket by finding the best booking to speed-up the deployment process.

DEPARTURE MONITORING

ROMAR monitors the workers on the day of their departure from checking-in at the airport until they successfully boarded the aircraft and land to their destination.

WELFARE MONITORING

Safety of our deployed workers is important to us. ROMAR has a dedicated personnel to monitor the welfare of our deployed workers from the day of their departure until the end of their contract and returning back home.

POST-DEPLOYMENT COUNSELING

ROMAR facilitates post-deployment counseling and intervention to the distressed deployed worker with the consent of the employer.
